Bandeja Paisa 

The bandeja paisa herbalist is a dish also known as "bandeja de arriero" or "bandeja montañera", typical cuisine of the Antioquia, corresponding to the current Antioquia, the Viejo Caldas or Eje cafetero (Caldas, Risaralda and Quindio), northern part of the Valle del Cauca and the north of Tolima in Colombia. Key Feature of this dish is its sheer abundance, both in quantity and variety of foods

Hello. My name is Sandra Durango, I'm from Colombia and I live in Copacabana, Antioquia. I'm studying statistics in second semester at National University of Colombia Medellín. I work in a cyber coffe and in my free time I play with my son, Andres. I like to walk, do exercise and the life. I'm a responsible person, I like to help people and I'm kind. I can be a good volunteer because I'm able to treat people, I like to do it and do different things. I'm a good listener. I like to listen the problems and even give solutions.
